Skills are maintained by practice and drills, and ensuring that the response process is understood, consistent, and repeatable. This section describes the various documents that support this objective.

CARES Weekly Net Script

PDF, This script is used to guide the Net Control Operator through the weekly Net procedure (ver: 160607).


County Weekly Net Script

PDF, Cupertino checks into the SVECS net weekly to report our check-in totals. The Net Control position rotates to all cities, and our turn comes up every 10 weeks.
